When you search top 10 body shops in kc these guys are at the top fir a reason. 30 minutes from quote request to response and 2 hours later a rollback was out to get my car. Chris is amazingly fast with information and the repair itself was rather quick considering. They worked hard to get quality oem parts when the insurance tried to cheap out. They really went to bat for me and that means a lot to me. I whole heartily recommend them for all your collision repair needs.

After a car wreck, I had my truck towed to Prestige. From the start, Chris and Alex communicated clearly and often. They were great to deal with - professional and nice.Ultimately, my truck was deemed a total loss so Prestige didn’t perform any repairs, but their help in navigating the insurance process was invaluable.Given how thorough they were in looking over the truck with me and explaining what they were seeing, I expect that their repair work is executed with the same high level of detail and attention.I was very impressed by these guys and would certainly take a vehicle there again and recommend them to friends and family. These guys went above and beyond to make the car great as new - which, considering my collision with a coyote last year that did a number on the fender, was pretty impressive. They even did some small amount of work inside and on the back of the car with cleaning and a smaller dent the car had for a long time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to restore their vehicle to a completely legitimate "good as new" state, especially with their professionalism in handling matters with both the repairs and the claim handling process!

I took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in with some damage on my windshield and front left door. Chris got me in quickly and made the process super easy and efficient.They are by far the best auto body repair shop in the KC metro area as my car looks brand new after the repair and were very hands on with me through the process.I would recommend Chris, Alex and the whole team to anyone in the metro area, because the service was incredible and very professional. Also, extremely friendly to work with.

Went above and beyond.I had a tree branch fall on my trunk and had called all over the metro looking for a place to take my car. Due to the circumstances of the global distribution pipeline being clogged up, most shops were months behind and could not even bring my car onto the lot until two months out. After making many calls and trying to get a decent time estimate I landed with Prestige for a few reasons:- Good reviews- Were willing to go to bat for me to work with my insurance and use OEM parts and NOT used parts.- Confidence they could have my car on their lot earlier than they could currently commit. They contacted me as soon as they were able to bring it in, which was a whole month earlier than they could previously commit to.They had fluid contact with me throughout the process. Worked well with my insurance even when it was difficult. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and made me feel confident with their work. When I finally got my car back, I was very pleased with their work. Looked just like new. All OEM parts used, detailed inside and out, and continued to work with my insurance after I paid my portion and drove away satisfied.I will be going back to them next time I need any autobody work done.

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I was constantly keeping me in the loop during the whole process and the workmanship was top notch! I would recommend them to anybody looking for accident repairs! The job they did on getting parts expedited for reassembly and then to paint was so fast. And dealing with my insurance Company was as smooth as it can be done. These guys are the best in KC as far as I'm concerned.

Alex and Chris took great care of me, was precise with repairs and paint looks awesome! They kept me in the loop of the whole process and worked with insurance to get me the best parts for my new car. Insurance wanted to buy me after market parts on a 2021 car to save a few dollars. My husband hit black ice last year after an ice storm. He took his 4x4 truck in to Prestige for the repairs on the front end and side after hitting a wall on the highway. They did alot of repairs. We were very happy with the work done to get the truck back into the shape it was in before the wre ck.Alex and his staff were very professional to deal with. I highly recommend Prestige Auto!!!
