Top notch work and customer service! I was in the middle of a 3-car pileup wreck in my 2023 Silverado. After extensive research for body shops in KC I decided to go with Prestige Auto to fix my new truck. They exceeded my expectations with the workmanship and stayed true their timeline of two weeks. They finished 4 days early even! They did not cut any corners, and battled my insurance to get OEM GM parts. This is the reason I chose Prestige, because most surrounding shops do not battle, and you’re stuck with junk parts that don’t fit right.I will only be using Prestige Auto moving forward. They made it clear to me that they care about the customer and our vehicles.

Went above and beyond.I had a tree branch fall on my trunk and had called all over the metro looking for a place to take my car. Due to the circumstances of the global distribution pipeline being clogged up, most shops were months behind and could not even bring my car onto the lot until two months out. After making many calls and trying to get a decent time estimate I landed with Prestige for a few reasons:- Good reviews- Were willing to go to bat for me to work with my insurance and use OEM parts and NOT used parts.- Confidence they could have my car on their lot earlier than they could currently commit. They contacted me as soon as they were able to bring it in, which was a whole month earlier than they could previously commit to.They had fluid contact with me throughout the process. Worked well with my insurance even when it was difficult. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and made me feel confident with their work. When I finally got my car back, I was very pleased with their work. Looked just like new. All OEM parts used, detailed inside and out, and continued to work with my insurance after I paid my portion and drove away satisfied.I will be going back to them next time I need any autobody work done.

When we asked another shop, who does similar work to them because they were booked, Prestige Auto was recommended to us. Upon the first interaction with Alex, we knew we took our car to the right place. Sons 2015 Lexus RCF has numerous Mods that were damaged while his car was parked. Hit and run had the son devastated. Other shops did not want to touch it but Prestige auto took on the job. Coming from a perfectionist ,These guys do it right. We just picked up the car today and we are 100% satisfied with the attention to detail on this repair. Car looks better today than when it was first purchased. When you search top 10 body shops in kc these guys are at the top fir a reason. 30 minutes from quote request to response and 2 hours later a rollback was out to get my car. Chris is amazingly fast with information and the repair itself was rather quick considering. They worked hard to get quality oem parts when the insurance tried to cheap out. They really went to bat for me and that means a lot to me. I whole heartily recommend them for all your collision repair needs.

After a car wreck, I had my truck towed to Prestige. From the start, Chris and Alex communicated clearly and often. These guys went above and beyond to make the car great as new - which, considering my collision with a coyote last year that did a number on the fender, was pretty impressive. They even did some small amount of work inside and on the back of the car with cleaning and a smaller dent the car had for a long time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to restore their vehicle to a completely legitimate "good as new" state, especially with their professionalism in handling matters with both the repairs and the claim handling process!

I took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in with some damage on my windshield and front left door. I just purchased a brand new RAM Bighorn truck and a deer hit me causing passenger side door damage. I took my truck to 3 different places and Prestige is the only repair shop that recommended replacing my door rather then installing a skin or patching the door. The other shops would only skin over the damaged area which in the long run will rust out from the inside out as moisture will build up on the inside and they would use used parts. Prestige only uses new parts, not used parts from some junk yard that you have no idea where its been. They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get parts and complete the work, they were done in less then 2 weeks. They blended in the paint to the new paint and matched it perfectly. If you want top notch work, excellent communications, someone that finishes on schedule, will fight for you with the insurance company and make them do what should be done this is the company you need.
